Contact Us

Before you look at the questionnaire below, put together by Margaret Ellis Tutoring in Australia, we would like to ask a few pre-emptive questions:

What do you know about dyslexia and its possible indicators?

What are you hoping to get from this course?

What reading/ phonics/ spelling programmes have you used and were they effective?

What are synthetic and analytic phonics?

What is phonemic awareness? Is it important?

Do you have a definition of dyslexia? If yes, write it down.

    False.

Only 10% of people with Dyslexia have problems with letter confusion or letter reversal.

Around 23% of the population is dyslexic. It is said that 80-90% of children with a specific learning difficulty have dyslexia.

The neural basis for dyslexia is neurological proof that the reading problems are persistent and won’t go away.
